Working Principle and Design 

 

The product has the double protection function of temperature sensing and overcurrent.

 

•The electric current passes through the moving contact terminal/bimetal plate, then the static contact terminal and the auxiliary heating device are connected in series to form a circuit, the protector will cut off the power supply in a set time to protect the electric appliance (the product design has the auxiliary heating device, the electric current which increases when the motor overloads or stops up the rotation can cause the product interior to produce certain heat, makes the protection more sensitive and reliable) ;

 


•The current passes through the moving contact terminal/bimetal plate, then the static contact terminal and the auxiliary heating device are connected in series to form a circuit, when the temperature drops to the reset temperature, the bimetal sheet will quickly close the electrical contact circuit and continue to operate in a cycle.
