Working Principle of Bakelite Housing Copper Screw Bimetal Thermostat Single Pole Bimetallic Disc Thermostat M4
The current passes through the moving contact terminal, and then the static contact terminal is connected to the electrical appliance (such as battery, etc.) to form a loop; when the electrical appliance does not work properly and the ambient temperature is too high, the heat is transmitted to the bimetal through the temperature-sensing steel cover to achieve correction. When the temperature is tripped, the bimetal flips over to quickly disconnect the electrical contact and cut off the circuit. When the temperature drops to the reset temperature, the bimetal resets and quickly closes the electrical contact to connect the circuit, continuing the cycle.
